By accessing or using the website at crowleyconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com (the "Site"), requesting a quote, or engaging Crowley Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring ("we," "us," or "our") to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Crowley Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides residential and commercial concrete flooring services in Crowley, TX and surrounding communities, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, concrete grinding, surface preparation, concrete sealing, and related services as described on the Site. All services are subject to a written estimate and signed service agreement prior to commencement of work.
All written estimates provided by Crowley Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the condition of the concrete as observed during an on-site assessment. Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate, including but not limited to undisclosed moisture issues, hidden cracks, contamination, or changes in project scope requested by the customer.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both parties before additional work is performed. We will not perform work outside the original written estimate without your prior written approval.
Once a project date is confirmed, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover crew time and materials already allocated to your project.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, including extreme heat or rain, that would compromise the quality of the installation. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find the next available date.
You are responsible for clearing the work area prior to our arrival as agreed. If the area is not cleared and our crew cannot begin work at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply for crew standby time.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and the condition of the floor when requesting an estimate or booking services. Failure to disclose known issues - including prior coatings, moisture problems, chemical contamination, or structural cracks - may affect our ability to perform the work and may void any workmanship warranty.
You are responsible for ensuring that all persons and pets are kept out of the work area during installation and for the curing period specified by our crew at the conclusion of the project. We are not responsible for damage resulting from premature use of the coated surface.
Payment terms will be specified in the written service agreement provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required to secure your project date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, before our crew leaves the site.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you before the project is scheduled. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means, including the filing of a mechanic's lien against the property under applicable Texas law.
All prices are in United States dollars.
Where a workmanship warranty is included in your written service agreement, the terms, duration, and conditions of that warranty are governed by the agreement. Warranties apply only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. They do not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, chemical exposure beyond what was disclosed and accounted for in the product selection, flooding, acts of nature, or premature use of the coated surface.
